Explore movement, nature, stillness, ritual and community with Kameko Shibata in the majestic Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica. This 6 night retreat invites you to come deeper into your body and spirit through elemental practices while immersed in nature. Kameko Shibata, MA Ayurveda, Yoga ERYT-500, draws wisdom from her love of nature, yoga, Ayurveda and traditional practices. Having led retreats for 10 years, she weaves together an offering balancing fiery vinyasa flow classes, restorative practices with healing touch, Ayurvedic explorations, personal reflection, community building, daily rituals and spaciousness to feel, to breath, to move and to simply be. Her retreats are deeply rooted in healing, bent towards the desire to connect you with nature, to create a safe space for all bodies, and laced with laughter, snark, and few f bombs for a refreshingly honest experience. Be prepared to laugh, to cry, to sweat, to swim in a turquoise sea, to eat delicious food, rest, restore, explore, to see cool animals, to watch epic sunrises, to make new friends and just be.

Located at Nereus, a sustainable family run center where tropical rainforest jungle flora meets the ocean on the Osa peninsula in Costa Rica. One of the most bio diverse regions in the whole world. Kameko has led retreats internationally for 10 years and had the pleasure of assisting a retreat at Nereus in 2024. She was so inspired by the thoughtful curation of the space, the wild biodiversity, the down to earth owners, gorgeous jungle yoga studio, the Ayurvedic inspired food and the calm waters of the black sand beach, that knew she had to share this paradise with you.
