January 17 – 24, 2026

The first new moon of the new year is one of the most potent and supportive times for a fresh start. And this is your call to move mindfully into 2026 under the guidance of an Ayurvedic doctor, an Ayurvedic dietitian and a yoga therapist who’s passionate about living well. Together we’ll co-create a recalibration for body, mind and spirit and reconnect to our most vibrant UNTAMED nature. We’ll step out of past patterns and into a new rhythm, awakening each day to the sounds of the jungle and a spectacular sunrise.

We hope you’ll join us for soul-nourishment, deep rest and new friendships. This is the foundation you need for a bright and bold year ahead. Our days include::

  • Morning Yoga + Mindful Movement
  • Nutrient-dense breakfast
  • An optional Discovery excursion*
  • Colorful Lunch
  • Self-Discovery Workshops
  • Evening restful Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra
  • Locally-sourced tri-doshic dinner

Costa Rica is synonymous with Pura Vida, a state of mind, and a philosophy that arises from embodying a simple life in harmony with nature. Connect to this harmonic frequency with rebalancing on-site massage, and choices of active outings.

  • Track dolphins on board a marine biologist’s boat in the Gulfo Dolce.
  • Visit remote Corcovado National Park (space is limited) to search for endangered tapir.
  • Create your own coconut oil and self-care ritual.
  • Get grounded while horseback riding on the beach.
  • Experience waterfall rappelling.
  • Kayak through mangroves.

Your guides share a commitment to bringing ancient teachings into modern application. Each weaves their expertise into a supportive web of experiential discovery

  • Amanda Trevelino, CIAYT,  trained within the Kripalu yoga lineage. She guides yoga on and off the mat with a sense of curiosity and adventure, and feels most closely connected to Oneness through nature. For Amanda, the yogic system has been a path of personal healing, regulation and ongoing learning that she feels called to share with others.
  • Dr. Paras Moghtader is an Ayurvedic Doctor, Licensed Counsellor, and long-time Yoga Teacher who guides others toward embodied wellness. With roots in classical Ayurveda and modern somatic psychology, her teaching supports deep physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.
  • Nereus Owner and Nutritionist Jen Millar takes your well-being to the next level with a nutrition reset. She curates cuisine suitable for any dietary request. Her wisdom guides many closer to living the pure life Costa Rica is known for worldwide.
