Julie Lee

Julie leads transformative yoga and wellness retreats designed for deep rest, renewal, and self-discovery. Blending movement, breath, meditation, and nourishment, her retreats create the space you crave to reconnect with your body, restore balance, and awaken inner radiance. With a nurturing and intuitive approach, she guides students toward deep embodiment and lasting well-being.

Practicing yoga since 2001, Julie began her journey with Bikram and earned her Anusara-inspired RYT-200 in 2019. With a focus on many styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Yoga Nidra, alongside a dedicated practice of Transcendental Meditation, she creates a grounding and liberating experience that is welcoming to all bodies.

A graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS in Psychology, Julie is also a certified Nutrition Coach (2016) and draws inspiration from her studies in tantric yoga and Yoga Nidra, particularly with Rod Stryker.
