
Lisa Dubaj, RYT 500
Lisa Dubaj is the founder of Movement Studio Midtown and creator of BodySTRONG, a strength-based, yoga-inspired approach to movement. With over 15 years of experience, she blends strength, yoga, and intuitive movement to help women feel strong, supported, and connected in their bodies.
She holds a degree in Nutrition and Fitness from Florida State University and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and AFAA. She is also a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Her work is rooted in the belief that movement is more than exercise—it’s a way to process, release, and reconnect.
